Gerry concentrates his practice in securities, banking and general corporate representation. His practice has included the representation of the firm’s major institutional clients in their commercial transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and sales, as well as normal business transactions. He has been regularly involved in contested corporate control transactions. He has a substantial background in supervising commercial litigation and has an administrative trial practice including enforcement proceedings in civil and criminal securities and commodities matters.
Gerry speaks at many bar and professional association meetings and is the author of numerous articles.
