Greg represents some of the nation's largest financial institutions, as well as regional and community banks, in a nationwide regulatory practice, focusing in the areas of banking, financial services and corporate matters. As Chief Counsel for the Missouri Division of Finance, he served on Missouri's financial modernization task force of banking, securities and insurance regulators to effect the implementation of financial modernization in Missouri, and assisted in drafting related legislation and regulations. In 2007 and 2008, he was recognized in the Banking Law area as one of the "Best Lawyers in St. Louis" by the St. Louis Magazine and also honored by being included in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). Greg also has significant gaming law experience, formerly serving as Chief Counsel to the Missouri Gaming Commission and representing the City of St. Louis in riverfront gaming development matters.
