Greg practices in the firm’s corporate and securities area, focusing on areas of corporate finance, securities regulation and business organizations. He represents both investment advisors and institutional investors in private investments in private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds. He also advises broker dealers, investment advisors and federally-chartered banks on regulatory and compliance matters. Greg also has been involved in a broad range of corporate transactions including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities and stock and asset acquisition and sale transactions.
