Hap Burke represents companies in transactions and issues involving their real estate portfolios.  He represents clients in the restaurant and fast food industry, agricultural and quarry products industries, as well as clients with multi-family housing, manufacturing and industrial real estate portfolios.  He has experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and dispositions, to leasing, development, lending, and related corporate and regulatory matters, on all types of properties.  He has worked on hundreds of transactions for clients throughout the United States.
