Harlan A. Harla practices in the firm's Railroad Litigation area. He concentrates his practice in the trial of lawsuits in the State and Federal Courts of Illinois and Missouri, primarily in the areas of FELA, grade crossing accidents and personal injury. He has substantial experience in the preparation and trial of these matters utilizing his prior work history with a railroad and his knowledge of the railroad industry.
