Bill Newbold tries complex cases for major clients of the firm before various state and federal courts in the United States. His last four cases tried to verdict included an oil and gas case in Denver, Colorado, a class action medical monitoring tobacco case in Wheeling, West Virginia, a policy holder insurance coverage action in St. Louis, Missouri, and a products liability case in St. Louis, Missouri. He also tried a civil RICO case in Washington, D.C. styled United States of America v. Philip Morris USA Inc., et al.
