As a member of the firm's business litigation department, Jennifer has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery in complex litigation, motion practice, trial preparation and trial support. She has managed large electronic discovery teams in both internal investigation and complex litigation contexts. In this role, she has experience in collaborating with clients, vendors, computer and technology specialists, and opposing counsel in the collection, processing, reviewing, analysis and production of electronically stored information as well as the law concerning this evolving area. Jennifer also has extensive experience in handling real estate disputes related to sales contracts, lease agreements and municipal code and ordinance violations, and has litigated these matters at the municipal, state associate circuit, and state circuit court levels.
