Jennifer has experience handling a wide variety of real estate transactions including purchase and sale transactions, leases, sale-leasebacks, zoning matters, loan transactions, easements and development issues. She also has experience handling real estate matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and estate planning and with forming and restructuring entities acquiring and holding real estate and seeking architectural licensing.
Jennifer has extensive experience representing both sellers and buyers in the purchase and sale of multi-family apartment units. She has participated in the purchase or sale of over 20 apartment buildings or complexes ranging from 5 to over 200 units each.
Jennifer also has extensive experience in dealing with restaurant related real estate issues. She has handled over 50 surplus property dispositions for a fast food restaurant franchise in over twenty five states. She has also represented both franchise and non-franchise restaurant owners in the negotiation of leases and subleases covering shopping centers, office towers and stand alone buildings.
