Jennifer is an associate in the firm's real estate department. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial finance and real estate. Jennifer has represented lenders, developers, nonprofit organizations, and investors in connection with residential and commercial transactions that involve various forms of public financing, including federal and state new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, and low-income housing tax credits. Jennifer's experience also includes counseling clients in workout and foreclosure matters, as well as the the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of commercial property.
