Joel practices in Thompson Coburn’s Corporate and Securities Department. His practice area involves counseling, advising, negotiating and documenting the structure of ventures, mergers and acquisitions of business entities. He actively engages with state insurance regulators to obtain results on behalf of company clients, and works with state insurance regulators in judicial and non-judicial insurance company liquidations and rehabilitations. Joel also counsels and advises in law firm management.
