John’s practice emphasis has been primarily in commercial litigation and admiralty and maritime litigation representing defendants in personal injury cases, Jones Act cases, collision liability and government agency matters. His practice has included the defense of barge line and towing companies, chemical and petroleum companies, as well as water-related construction companies in state and federal courts. He has also drafted several appellate briefs.

John is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and has been published in the admiralty edition of the St. Louis Bar Journal.
