John has represented a variety of companies in a broad range of complex commercial lawsuits: He has prosecuted civil RICO claims on behalf of a major telecommunications company, defended a major brokerage firm charged with violating the privacy rights of its clients, and managed a variety of interrelated multimillion-dollar contractual disputes among chemical manufacturers. He has also defended individuals subject to securities fraud investigations initiated by both the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
