Over the last decade, John Rogers has defended companies such as Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Barnes & Noble, GameStop, Sprint-Nextel, Compaq, Aetna Health, General American Life Insurance Company, American Synthetic Rubber Company, and Nautilus, Inc. in class action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the country.
John's practice focuses on defending consumer class actions and has defended companies in cases involving allegations of consumer fraud, product defect, nuisance, false advertising, unfair trade practices, unlawful competition, violations of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and a number of other state and federal consumer protection laws.
