Kym practices in the firm’s government contracts area. She has been a government contracts practitioner since 1982. She regularly counsels and advises companies that provide supplies and services to the U.S. Government on issues related to bidding on government solicitations, performance requirements and disputes, and claims by and against the government. She also advises clients on labor-related issues uniquely applicable to government contractors, particularly Service Contract Act matters, and has considerable experience with government contract issues pertaining to small and minority-owned businesses.
Kym represents clients before the bid protest forums and before the tribunals (various boards of contract appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims) that have jurisdiction to decide contract disputes between contractors and the government. She has also represented clients before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
