Kathy Wisniewski has focused her legal career in the field of litigation since graduating from law school more than 20 years ago. She has defended large corporations in all types of consumer claims, personal injury matters, contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and a host of other matters. For the past 13 years, she has focused her practice primarily in the area of class actions. She has had numerous successful outcomes for various clients, some of which are detailed below.
