Kelly’s practice includes a broad range of business immigration and I-9 issues. She frequently assists clients in developing nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent) strategies on behalf of their foreign national employees. She utilizes her experience with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State to obtain compliance for her clients with all aspects of U.S. immigration law. Kelly also provides counsel on I-9 compliance and related hiring procedures, including the E-Verify program.
