Kim advises a wide range of companies, including large publicly traded corporations, privately held entities and "start-up" companies. In representing these clients, she provides advice on a variety of corporate, securities and transactional topics, including:
• Acquisitions and dispositions of stock and assets and
mergers;
• Federal securities law compliance and corporate
governance for public companies;
• Public and private equity and debt offerings; and
• General corporate matters, such as new business
formation, choice of entity and business contract
negotiation.
