Kristine has represented Class I railroad clients since 2002 in FELA litigation. Her focus has primarily been handling cases involving occupational injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and musculoskeletal disorders of the arms, neck, back, shoulders, and knees. She has third-chaired several cases that went to trial, including one involving six consolidated plaintiffs and one involving eight consolidated plaintiffs. Kristine has also represented clients in FELA litigation handling traumatic injury cases involving railroad personnel bringing suit against their employer for personal injury. Additional experience includes work in appellate law, where she has written briefs filed in the Missouri Appellate Courts.
