Larry is a partner in the Firm's Business Litigation Group. He practices in the areas of corporate litigation, appellate litigation, health care litigation, and arbitration-related litigation. He has extensive experience in cases involving shareholder rights, business valuations, and fiduciary duty claims. He tried and argued in the Eighth Circuit the leading case establishing how minority shareholder interests are valued under Missouri law. He has tried bench trials and jury trials in Missouri, Delaware, and other states and has represented clients in arbitrations.
