Marjorie Krumholz's practice with the firm includes maritime and other equipment financing transactions, including lease and leveraged lease financing, Title XI financing and Ex-Im Bank financing. Her work also involves equipment sales and purchases, maritime acquisitions, management agreements and transportation agreements. Marjorie regularly counsels clients on maritime regulatory matters, including the Jones Act, citizenship qualification before the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Maritime Administration, the registration of ships in the United States and foreign countries, and the Maritime Administration capital construction fund program.
