Mr. Bossi’s experience combines an in-depth knowledge of Chapter 11 and complex creditors’ rights issues with an extensive litigation background. He has been lead counsel in a number of lengthy trials involving insider transactions, avoidance actions and priority disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience in counseling financially distressed companies and in the enforcement of security interests in personal property, mechanic’s liens, receiverships, and bank and bankruptcy fraud.
Mr. Bossi is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.) as well as in Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights topics and the author of numerous articles on such subjects.
