Matt practices in the firm's business litigation practice group. Although his practice currently focuses on representing clients in the agricultural and finance industries, his legal career has substantial breadth. Matt has worked on matters ranging from cutting edge biotechnology issues to debt and FINRA arbitrations. His experience includes work on single party, consumer, multi-party, and class action matters.
Coupled with the academic success he enjoyed while pursuing his formal education, Matt also possesses an expansive knowledge base that routinely benefits clients. Prior to beginning his law practice, Matt worked in marketing for a national commercial retailer and while in law school interned with the Honorable Mary Ann Medler.
Through these experiences, Matt has become intricately familiar with both the commercial retail industry and operation of the federal judiciary. He has practiced before numerous state courts in Missouri and Illinois as well as federal court in the Eastern District of Missouri.
