Matt represents real estate developers, multi-family property owners, financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions. His practice includes the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and all other aspects of real estate sales and acquisitions. He has also represented clients in connection with complex reverse 1031 exchange transactions. Matt's practice also includes representing both lenders and borrowers in real estate acquisition and sophisticated construction financing transactions. In addition, he has experience representing lenders and borrowers in conduit loan transactions.
He also represents industrial and warehouse developers in land use and development matters. Matt's practice also includes negotiating office leases, industrial, warehouse and office build-to-suit leases, financing leases and luxury suite licenses. His experience includes transactions throughout the United States, including significant transactions in Missouri, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Nevada and Puerto Rico.
