Michael Lause serves as Chair of the Firm's Corporate Department and is a member of the Firm’s five-person Executive Committee. He also serves as Chair of the Firm's Public Finance and Public Law Department.
Mike has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 1991, based on peer evaluations, has been listed in Who's Who in America since 1993, and has been listed in Super Lawyers® for several years. He is also listed in the most recent editions of Chambers USA in Corporate (St. Louis area). In 2012, Mike was named Best Lawyers' Corporate Law Lawyer of the Year in St. Louis.
He focuses his practice in corporate law, business transactions, public finance, governmental and nonprofit law and has written and spoken on governmental finance topics. Mike has significant experience relative to the financing of educational, heath care, cultural and governmental projects.
