Mike's practice encompasses antitrust, transportation law, lender liability and securities fraud cases, including complex breach of contract and common law fraud actions. He brings extensive experience in discovery, motion, trial and appellate practice.
Much of his work in the last ten years has focused on leading the successful defense and resolution of nationwide class action lawsuits against clients in the transportation, financial, and securities industries.
