Michael Nepple practices in the firm’s intellectual property department. He has substantial first-chair jury trial experience. Michael has handled a wide variety of complex litigation including insurer bad faith, commercial breach of contract, FELA, and product liability actions. He now focuses his practice on intellectual property, and particularly, patent and media law litigation.
