Michael is a partner with Thompson Coburn, where he practices in the area of real estate. He has experience in commercial leasing, commercial lending, commercial and retail acquisition and development, apartment acquisition and development, and financing including securitized loans and matters involving restructuring for income tax purposes as they relate to real estate development. Michael also has experience in business acquisitions and sales.
He has lectured on commercial leasing at the International Council of Shopping Centers convention.
