Pam Meanes practices in the firm litigation area.  She is an experienced civil litigator who has represented corporations, public agencies and financial institutions on a variety of matters.  With over 12 years experience, she has:

•  Defended financial institutions on various contract,
    mechanics lien and lender liability matters
•  Managed and negotiated over 200 complex land
    acquisitions for a major transportation agency in a
    leading midwest city
•  Supervised discovery team consisting of numerous
    attorneys, paralegals and supporting staff in
    multimillion-dollar breach of contract case
•  Tried or second-chaired bench and jury trials to 
    conclusion on various civil matters
•  Defended senior executives and a nonprofit organization
    on matters related to race and
    sexual harassment.
