Pete currently serves as chairman of Thompson Coburn’s Banking and Finance practice group. His practice is focused on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in connection with conventional and asset-based lending transactions and regulatory matters. He also frequently represents borrowing companies in arranging and negotiating financing. His general business practice emphasizes privately held businesses of all sizes in various industries. He is active in international finance and transactional matters.
