Rhonda Thomas is a partner with Thompson Coburn LLP, practicing in the Public Finance and Public Law practice group. Her practice includes project financing for a broad range of public and private purposes, such as tax increment financing and other real estate development initiatives, public-private partnerships, general obligation and revenue bonds and state and local government and nonprofit projects for transportation, education, public safety, stadiums and other governmental purposes. She also serves as outside counsel to educational and charitable organizations.
