Bob Wagner possesses 15 years experience in the areas of class action defense and complex business litigation with emphasis in product liability, telecommunications and environmental law. He has defended cases throughout the country ranging from consumer and contract disputes to product liability, banking, insurance, employee benefits, transportation, securities fraud and environmental damages.
Prior to receiving his law degree, Bob served in accounting and employee benefits administration for a regulated public utility.
