Ruth Streit practices human resources law, focusing on employee benefits. She advises clients about all issues with respect to the design, implementation, qualification and administration of defined benefit pension plans, 401(k) plans and welfare plans; executive compensation; stock option and other incentive compensation plans; and plans for exempt organizations. She also provides expertise on employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions and in ERISA litigation. Ruth has extensive business experience in the employee benefits field both from the practice of law and because of her previous position of Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for The May Department Stores Company.
