Sarah is an associate in the firm's Transportation and International Commerce practice group. Her practice focuses on the public transportation industry, with an emphasis on administrative and legislative issues. She provides research and assistance on matters relating to Buy America requirements, transit procurement issues, compliance with NEPA regulations and New Starts projects.
Sarah also provides support for the firm's representation of the Export-Import Bank of the United States in connection with international financing transactions. Her international finance experience encompasses drafting deal documents, reviewing loan and security agreements, and ensuring compliance with various conditions precedent to credit utilization. Most recently, Sarah was involved with the financing of a $160 million rig for export to a Mexican company.
