Scott Clair represents companies in a variety of business disputes, including claims involving contracts, fraud, trade secrets, and other business torts. He has served as trial counsel in several jury and bench trials and a number of arbitrations, as well as represented clients on appeal. Scott also represents financial institutions in claims arising under Articles 3, 4, and 9 of the UCC and various federal statutes and regulations.
Before becoming an attorney, Scott was a news reporter for three years in Chicago. Scott has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2012 edition, and is a member of the American and Illinois State Bar Associations.
