Sharon's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation as well as nationwide class actions and antitrust. Her clients include publicly-held Fortune 500 companies and privately held corporations across many sectors, including transportation, telecommunications, energy and finance. In addition to representing clients in litigation, she provides business counsel, conducts internal investigations, and presents to Boards of Directors.
She has handled lawsuits in multiple federal and state court jurisdictions, as well as appeals before multiple federal appellate courts and state supreme courts. She is a former law clerk to the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Sharon was selected for inclusion in Missouri/Kansas Superlawyers®, 2010 and 2011.
