Shaun Broeker

Shaun is a litigator handling complex business and commercial matters. He defends large corporations and financial services entities at trial and on appeal.

As a member of the Firm's Business Litigation and Banking and Financial Services Litigation practice areas, Shaun focuses primarily on defending large corporations and financial service entities facing fraud, breach of contract, and shareholder dispute claims at both the trial and appellate court levels. Shaun's experience includes representing financial institutions in probate and fiduciary disputes, public authorities in condemnation actions, and medical providers in collection actions. Shaun defends clients in state and federal courts across Missouri and Illinois.

Shaun is a proud U.S. Army veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Reserves with the 620th Combat Sustainment Battalion before attending law school. From 2009-2010, he deployed to Balad, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 90th Sustainment Brigade, as an Intelligence Analyst for brigade-level operations in the Iraqi Theater. He continues to support his fellow veterans, serving on the boards of directors and as legal counsel for two national veteran-employment non-profit organizations. He also advises businesses on developing and implementing veteran hiring and retention practices.
