Stan's practice includes mergers, acquisitions, and commercial litigation. He has represented numerous corporations, with a current emphasis on manufacturing, energy, and transportation clients.
As general counsel of Chromalloy, Stan oversaw all legal and many of the business aspects of Chromalloy's acquisition of about 75 companies. He also served as Executive Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
