Steve's practice is divided among representation of owners, developers, lenders, brokers and other real estate professionals in all varieties of real estate transactions. Steve has experience in a wide variety of corporate and real estate transactions with particular emphasis on property acquisition and sales, financing, development, brokerage licensing and compliance matters, property management, real estate tax appeals and condemnation law. He has worked with clients in varying lines of businesses to draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, brokerage relationship agreements, leases, easements, construction and permanent loans, land use development controls and restrictions and ownership structures. In addition to his extensive real estate practice, Steve has more than three years of experience in litigation and appellate proceedings in state and federal courts.
