Tom practices in the firm’s corporate and securities group. He represents several public and private corporations, particularly financial institutions and their holding companies and affiliated corporations. He has experience in acquisition transactions and corporate restructuring of all types, as well as public and private securities offerings. He has counseled companies in a broad range of securities and banking law issues, including regulatory compliance matters, as well as general corporate law issues. Tom is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on securities, corporate and banking law matters, and has authored and co-authored numerous articles on such topics appearing in various legal and business publications. Also of note, Tom currently serves, and has served for the past several years, as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
