Tom's practice also involves all aspects of corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, counsel of start-up companies, and corporate governance. Tom has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing sales and acquisitions of both public and private businesses. Tom has also represented both company and underwriters in initial and secondary public offerings, as well as investors and companies in venture capital transactions.
