Tim concentrates his practice in the firm's Business Litigation Practice Area with an emphasis on financial services litigation. Tim has represented clients throughout northern Illinois. His experience as a defense litigator allows him to offer his clients counseling in a number of areas including lending practices, bank cases involving fraudulent checks, collateral recovery, traditional and non-traditional banking services, financial fraud litigation, business tort, premises liability, personal injury defense and general liability. Tim received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in political science from Northern Arizona University and received his juris doctor, with honors, and LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The John Marshall Law School.
Tim was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2004 and is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association.
