Victor serves as the Vice-Chair of the Banking and Commercial Finance practice area and heads the area's Chicago-office practice. Vic's practice focuses on representing banks, lessors and other lenders and borrowers in syndicated and single lender secured and unsecured credit facilities. His work experience includes assisting lenders on numerous asset-based, cash-flow, construction and real estate finance transactions. He also has extensive experience in loan workouts and restructurings.
