He is presently handling the defense of traumatic injuries to the back, neck and knees and works extensively on cumulative trauma claims seeking compensation for injuries to the back, neck, hands, wrists, knees and hearing. He has tremendous insight into the inner workings of the railroad industry through his work and experience defending a wide range of personal injury matters. He also has extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry through his family farming business and his degrees in Agricultural Economics.
