Gabe assists clients on a wide range of employment litigation issues in courts across the country.
He has represented employers in breach of contract suits, including cases involving non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions, and claims of computer tampering. He has also worked with clients on retaliatory discharge matters and trade secrets claims.
In his research for labor and employment clients, Gabe has examined a recent spate of ADA compliance challenges to company websites, circuit splits on employment discrimination issues, various states' treatments of non-compete agreements, and how some states have enacted provisions similar to the federal WARN Act.
As a law student, Gabe worked at Washington University's appellate clinic and was part of a team that took a habeas case in the Sixth Circuit. He also served as a law clerk in the Environmental Enforcement Division of the Department of Justice, where he assisted with the filing of briefs in Clean Air Act cases in federal court.
Before attending law school, Gabe worked for the MV Foundation, a nonprofit in Southern India that advocates against child labor, and traveled to rural schools in the state of Andrha Pradesh to study the impact of new education standards.
