Jason has extensive experience with a variety of asset classes, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, retail, mixed-use developments, and condominiums, and represents clients in transactions ranging from under five million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.

Represented real estate investment company in the $280 million sale of trophy office building in downtown Washington, DC.

Represented institutional investment fund in the $32 million sale of an office building in the Washington metropolitan area.

Represented lender in $22 million financing of a repositioned hotel in the Washington, DC metro area.

Represented lender in $75 million financing of national hotel portfolio.

Represented both lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions, including secured loans (recourse and non-recourse), debt workouts and restructurings, mezzanine and subordinated loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, and other credit facilities.

Represented hotel joint venture in the $450 million refinancing of a hotel portfolio.
