As Vice-Chair of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, Kim strives to help corporate leaders think creatively to address the challenges that confront their organizations in their daily operations and strategic transactions.
Kim’s diverse practice includes representing purchasers and sellers of businesses in public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. She also advises clients regarding private equity fund formation and investments, recapitalizations, private placements of securities and corporate finance matters, as well as corporate governance, securities law and general corporate matters.
Kim has worked with clients in a number of industries, including agriculture, energy, infrastructure, entertainment, real estate and information technology.
In 2015, Kim was nationally recognized as a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting and was selected in 2012 as an Up & Coming attorney by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
Kim serves on the Board of Epworth Children and Family Services and is a Board Advisor to the Missouri Gateway Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
