Linda works with clients to help them navigate complex employee benefit plans in a cost effective and compliant manner.

She assists clients on a wide variety of employee benefit matters, including the design and on-going administration of qualified retirement benefit plans and welfare benefit plans.

Linda also assists clients with drafting and updating such plans to comply with legislative changes including healthcare reform. She has experience handling the ERISA aspects of private equity and other corporate transactions, as well as performing ERISA review of real estate transactions involving plan assets.

Linda has been listed in both The Best Lawyers in America® and Illinois Super Lawyers.
