Lynnda assists clients with sophisticated commercial finance transactions and a wide variety of general corporate matters.
Banking and Commercial Finance
Lynnda is instrumental in the due diligence process including obtaining certified articles, certificates of good standing, the preparation and filing of UCC financing statements, coordinates lien searches and assists with closing and post-closing documentation.
Corporate and Securities
Attorneys in a variety of practice areas also count on Lynnda to assist them with their corporate matters, including the drafting and filing of new entity formations and coordinating multi-state qualifications, mergers, conversions, name changes and dissolutions. She also prepares annual meeting minutes, corporate resolutions and handles a variety of compliance reporting. Lynnda recently concluded a three year project where she supported a key client as their dedicated corporate paralegal. It was always the goal of that assignment for Lynnda to transition her role to a new in-house paralegal.
Lynnda also has experience in facilitating state withholding and unemployment account registrations and related local filings. Lynnda assists our not-for-profit clients with their charitable registration filings and is a member of the firm's audit letter team.
