Nancy assists clients with a variety of labor and employment, business litigation, and bankruptcy-related matters.
She leads work on electronic discovery, document production, review and analysis, the creation and maintenance of electronic databases. She also performs legal research, abstracts depositions, interviews witnesses, drafts pleadings and discovery, prepares deposition outlines, and identifies and organizes exhibits. Nancy has provided paralegal support at high-value trials, assisting with all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings, including the electronic presentation of evidence.
Nancy has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal and has extensive knowledge of the federal and state court systems as well as the policies and procedures of the EEOC and the Illinois Department of Human Rights.
