Nick concentrates his practice in the firm's Corporate Tax Area, with a particular emphasis on federal and state tax credit transactions, tax-exempt organizations, public finance, state and local tax matters, and tax controversy.
Nick has represented clients on new markets, historic rehabilitation, and low-income housing tax credit transactions, state and local bond issuances, federal and state tax appeals on income, sales and property tax matters, and on various matters pertaining to tax-exempt organizations.
